East Metro Mediation presents 16-Hour Conflict Management Training
Learn conflict resolution skills to effectively manage conflict. This training includes skill development in communication, listening and conflict resolution. You will learn skills to navigate interpersonal conflict and gain valuable tools that can be applied in all facets of life - from the workplace to the home and community.
Cost: $400 (partial and full scholarships available)
