Books Around the Corner, a great independent bookstore in Gresham, hosts a signing by a collection of authors published by local small press Not a Pipe Publishing, the only company in the United States to accept Kamila Shamsie's challenge to make 2018 The Year of Publishing Women.
Authors will include Benjamin Gorman (Don't Read This Book, The Digital Storm, Corporate High School, The Sum of Our Gods), LeeAnn McLennan (The Supernormal Legacy trilogy), Karen Eisenbrey (Daughter of Magic, The Gospel According to St. Rage), Mikko Azul (The Staff of Fire and Bone), Sydney Culpepper and Lori Ubell (Strongly Worded Women), and Debby Dodds (Amish Guys Don't Call).
