America's second-Largest waterfall is a place brimming with beauty and rich with life and history. HIdden away for more than a century, how can Gresham experience the Willamette Falls?  this is a multi-million dollar project that will open up possibilities for not just Oregon City, but for the region.  How can Gresham get involved? Willamette Falls can be a splash in Gresham, but we will need to think outside the box. First we need to know what the project is, does, and will do.
