Basic Negotiation - How to collaborate to reach agreement
Through understanding interests and positions, this free 2-hour training will introduce negotiation skills and how to utilize interests to create a win-win outcome. Participants will be actively engaged throughout the training with the help of experts that will provide coaching through hands on practice.
