Registration for golfers is OPEN!  The 2021 Theme is Adopt a Non-Profit!  Each hole sponsor will "adopt" a non-profit to join them at their hole.

• $5 for 1 Ticket
• $20 for 5 Tickets
• $100 for 30 tickets

• 7 days/6 nights in Cabo San Lucas in Junior Luxury Suite - Valued at $1550 (Flight not included, ability to upgrade to larger suite and/or all-inclusive option upon making reservations, valid from 9/21-9/22.)

• 18 Holes of Golf for FOUR at Persimmon Country Club - Valued at $304 (Includes: Golf carts, putting green, and driving range privileges. *Valid for one time use only. Tee time must be made with ProShop and tee times unavailable before 11:00am Saturdays and Sundays. Expires 10/31/21.)

• Surf and Turf - Value $300 (Includes: All About Adventure Excursions ½ day fishing trip $125 expires 10/30/21, two bottles of wine $40, spices, rub, and sauce from Burns Feed Store $60, gift certificates to Big 5 Sporting Goods $25, and Timberline Meat $50.)

• 24 Hour Get Away - Value $425 (Includes: One night stay at Courtyard by Marriott Portland East for king or double queen, reservations based on availability $250 expires 7/7/22, two bottles of wine $41, Mt. Hood Theatre movie tickets $14, gift certificates to Boccelli's Ristorante $100, and Mt. Hood Lanes, Inc. $20)
