Head Start Application Event

Head Start and Early Head Start are free programs available for pregnant women and children ages 0-5 years old located in East Multnomah County. Our free services include: comprehensive preschool and childcare programs, educational home visiting services, parent and child activies, health screenings, meals, and transportation.
