Come out and support two local nonprofits founded by two Blazer greats! The Brian Grant Foundation and Maurice Lucas Foundation will host the first annual RED v BLK Charity Basketball Game at PSU’s Viking Pavilion on Saturday, August 18th with a 1:00 tip off. Doors open at 12:00pm and it’s sure to be a family affair with food, raffles, a DJ, halftime prizes, and much more. The game will feature local celebrities, former athletes and coaches.
The Maurice Lucas Foundation teaches kids lessons they can use to help them realize their dreams. The academies show the importance of hard work, respect and leadership both in the classroom and on the court.

The Brian Grant Foundation helps people live better with Parkinson’s through exercise and nutrition. BGF was founded by former Blazer Brian Grant who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2008.
