Join Springdale-PIVOT Job Corps for our Student Career Training Expo to learn more about employer and apprenticeship partnership opportunities with the United States Department of Labor’s Job Corps program for young people here in Troutdale and Portland. Job Corps is a federally funded career and education training program whose mission is to educate and train highly motivated young people for successful careers in the nation’s fastest growing industries.
At the expo, our students will be showcasing their knowledge and skills and providing tours of our training classrooms. Invited speakers will share their experience with the Job Corps program to provide insight into what it is like to work with us and our students. There will be opportunities to network with students and staff at our Center as well as other local employers and organizations.
