Event Description:

ZERO is proud to partner with Oregon Urological Society to end prostate cancer.

The 2019 ZERO Prostate Cancer Run/Walk - Portland features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile walk, Kids' Superhero Dash for Dad, and virtual Snooze for Dudes program. Stick around for the family-friendly post-race celebration. Run/walk participants will receive shirts, free food and prizes, and the opportunity to connect with others who are impacted by prostate cancer.

7:30 a.m. - 9:15 a.m.: Race Day Registration/Packet Pick-Up
8:00 a.m.: Men's Health Fair/Kids Activities Open
8:45 a.m.: Kids Superhero Dash for Dad (includes peewee trot for ages 3 and under)
9:05 a.m.: Survivor & Caregiver Recognition Ceremony
9:30 a.m.: 5K & 1 Mile Start

5K (All Ages): $30
1 Mile (All Ages): $15
Kids Superhero Dash for Dad (Kids ages 0-9): $15
Snooze for Dudes (Participate virtually and sleep in to fight prostate cancer.): $35
5K (ZERO’s Heroes Patient/Survivor): $20
Race Day Volunteer: Free

All fees except Snooze for Dudes and Race Day Volunteer will increase $5 after online registration is closed. Online registration will close the week of the race.
